Thomas Borders is a second‑generation monster truck owner/driver based out of Terre Haute, Indiana. Monster Trucks He is the founder and backbone of Monkey Business Motorsports, and has driven the team’s namesake truck Monkey Business since its debut in 2015.
Thomas’s journey is deeply personal—following in his father's (Don Borders) footsteps as a monster truck driver, he created Monkey Business as a tribute to his late son, Kaleb (who passed in 2013 from a rare brain cancer). Over the years, he’s piloted multiple trucks (Orange Krate, One Bad Hombre Racer, Raybestos Powertrain) and most recently has begun piloting the iconic Bigfoot at select shows.
Thomas is known for his mechanical tenacity, creative vision (he’s also acted as announcer for Full Throttle), and his devotion to pushing his team forward while honoring a legacy rooted in family and grit.

Jasmin Borders is the rising third-generation driver in the Borders monster truck legacy. She began her competitive driving career under the parental guidance of Thomas Borders and has built her own name in the independent truck world.
She previously piloted Funky Monkey before branching finding her identity in Clumsy Monkey. At just 16, she made headlines when she executed one of the longest wheelies in the Full Throttle series history.
Jasmin is known for combining technical skill with bold style, and bringing youthful energy and creativity to the team lineup. Her presence as a female driver in a male-dominated sport also adds a deeper dimension to the Borders team story.
